How to Enroll
Contact Billing
Call us at (432) 550-8766 or email Billing@nwol.net to request Auto Pay enrollment for your account.
Provide Payment Info
A billing representative will securely collect your credit card or bank account information to set up recurring payments.
Confirm Enrollment
You'll receive confirmation that Auto Pay is active. Your payment will be processed automatically on or around your monthly billing date.
Receive Statements
You'll continue to receive your monthly statement by email so you always know what was charged and when.
